Udbhav is the Founder of Eaglewood and brings over a decade of experience in investment management, with extensive exposure to both North American and Indian markets. He specializes in tactical asset allocation and fundamental research, with a strong focus on midcap opportunities. Previously, he was a member of a wealth management team at the Royal Bank of Canada in Toronto, where he helped manage over $200 million for some of the bank’s largest clients. Prior to RBC, he worked in wealth management in India, generating investment ideas and managing capital for high-net-worth clients. Earlier in his career, Udbhav worked at Gerson Lehrman Group, supporting institutional investors with primary research. He holds an M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business and is a CFA charterholder.
Khushbu Shah
Khushbu is a Private Client Advisor at Eaglewood with over a decade of experience advising HNI and UHNI investors across India’s wealth‑management landscape. Her background spans multi‑asset portfolio guidance, high‑touch client advisory, and relationship management. She has held roles across leading wealth‑management platforms — including Anand Rathi, iVentures Capital, and Systematix — where she managed complex private‑client and institutional relationships and delivered tailored investment advice across a wide range of products. This experience forms the foundation of her work with Eaglewood’s private clients today. Khushbu holds an M.B.A. from the N. L. Dalmia Institute of Management Studies & Research and is NISM‑certified in Portfolio Management Services and Mutual Fund Distribution.
Vardhini Tapdiya
Vardhini Tapdiya is a Research Analyst at Eaglewood. She holds a BBA in Finance & Marketing Analytics from Christ University, Bengaluru, and has cleared CFA Level I. Her analytical foundation includes work with econometric and statistical techniques applied to topics such as commodity‑price behaviour and MSME profitability. Prior to joining Eaglewood, she authored independent investment research on Substack, demonstrating strong analytical capability and early interest in fundamental research.
